INFORMATION ON PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING – WEBSITE NAVIGATION

The personal data collected on this site and any other information associated with you, directly or indirectly, are processed and used in accordance with EU Regulation no. 679/2016 (GDPR) regarding the protection of personal data.
In particular, the computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols.
This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the addresses in the Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s IT environment. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning.
Furthermore, without prejudice to further and specific information issued during navigation, pursuant to article 13 of Reg. 679/16, the Data Controller informs you that the data you provide are processed using IT tools and procedures, for the following purposes:

1. manage and improve navigation on the site;
2. respond to the questions you have formulated;
3. manage access to your Personal Account Area;
4. keep a database of questions, proposals, communications and reports;
5. manage the activities related to the functions and services offered by the site (see also specific information);
6. technical management of navigation (see also the “COOKIES INFORMATIONS” section).

The legal basis for the treatments referred to in points 2-3-4 is given by art. 6 par. 1 letter B; the purposes referred to in points 1 and 6 do not involve the processing of the user’s personal data.
The data automatically collected and those provided by you may only be known by the Data Controller’s staff and collaborators and possibly by companies that outsource data on behalf of the Data Controller, in any case for the sole purpose of perfecting the activities requested by you or connected to the Services used. Some data may be processed, for the exclusive purposes of technical / IT management of the web service, by technological partners of the Data Controller. In any case, the data will never be disclosed outside the EU territory. Data retention varies according to the Services used; for more information, please refer to the relevant privacy policies.
The Data Controller is indicated in the “INFORMATION PURSUANT TO ART. 7 OF Legislative Decree 70/2003 AND EUROPEAN REGULATION 679/16 (GDPR)” section, while the Data Protection Officer (DPO), if appointed, is indicated in the “INFORMATION ON THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION MANAGER (DPO)” section. You can contact the Data Controller or the DPO to assert the rights provided for in articles 13, 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, 77 of Reg. 679/16.

INFORMATION ON DATA PROCESSING – USER REGISTRATION FORM

Pursuant to art. 13 of Reg. 679/16 – GDPR, users are informed that the data provided in the registration form to Tag Chef beta and any other personal data that may be provided subsequently, will be processed by the Data Controller for the following purposes:

1. complete the registration procedure, which is required to obtain a login to use the Tag Chef application
2. send automatic communications of a technical nature to registered users (for example: information on the status of the service, credential recovery emails, etc.)
3. provide application support to registered users, through automated support platforms (e.g. ticketing systems, chat, etc.)
4. subject to separate and specific consent required at the time of registration, to send information and advertising material (including via e-mail) on the products and / or services of the Data Controller and / or its commercial partners.

The personal data collected by the Tag Chef platform are managed on the Data Controller’s servers with the aid of electronic or automated tools; the data may also be processed by its technological partners that allow the provision of the services offered, even outside the EU territory (eg IT companies) as well as by insurance companies and consultants, only in case of need.

The data collected through the registration procedure will be kept until the user sends a specific request for cancellation of his account from the systems of the Data Controller. The above times could be extended if it is necessary to exercise or defend a right of the Owner in court.

The interested party is the owner of the rights provided for by art. 15 and ss. of Reg. 679/16 which you can exercise at any time by contacting the Data Controller.
